A couple of months back UK Producer and DJ Mark Wilkinson (a key player on the London scene since the 90s) impressed with his energy-packed, soul-fuelled cover of ‘Runaway Love’ – with input from vocal queen Rita Campbell and Italian maestro Michele Chiavarini it was a proper floor filler!
For his latest outing Wilko once again works with Michele on a similarly paced, shimmering dance gem, ‘Body & Soul’. Vocals this time around are down to Renn. Guaranteeing a high soul quotient, Ernie McKone is in there on guitar while Toni Economides adds to the production values.
Body & Soul’ is a proper happy, clappy summer sound … totally feel good in all four mixes!
