WILD HONEY!

BROTHER ZULU is an up and coming UK soul band who are building up a great reputation on the London underground music scene. The band is a five piece…. Lawrence, Noah, Max, Alex and Youssef and they all live in London and over the years the boys (individually) have worked with people like Robert Glasper, Ed Sheeran, and Ellie Goulding.

Brother Zulu are proud to announce that they’ve just launched their debut recording – a beguiling little single called ‘Honey’ – and yep … it’s real sweet!

It’s sound is totally contemporary but in it there’s a nod to soul’s golden age too… could be down to the boffins behind the track’s creation. Mixer Steve Honest has worked with people like Michael Jackson and Quincy Jones while the mastering’s down to John Webber who famously worked with Ray Charles!

‘Honey’ is a strong debut 45 from Brother Zulu and it reminds me a lot of some of the lovely songs on that great 2018 album from Mama’s Gun. If you liked that, you’ll love this.
