It was back in September that we enthused about ‘I Know What I Want’ from ERROL HENRY’S THE SOUND PRINCIPLE outfit. The cut was a re-work of an old track and featured a wonderful vocal from CHRIS BALLIN. It was a lovely piece of work and rightly scaled all the credible soul charts.
In September, we were promised a house mix, and lo and behold… it’s here. Fast, of course, but not frantic with a touch of Latino about it, it’s certainly different and different too to what we’ve come to expect from Chris B (he has a new album on the way). In the meantime the “Epic” soulful house mix of ‘I Know What I Want’ is available now – on Errol’s i2 label imprint.
