WHEELER DEL TORRO, (aka DJ Kinfolks) is a producer, musician and DJ originally from Cuba. He’s been in the biz for 15 years, promoting and Djing at parties all over New York, Philly, Paris, Ibiza and beyond! He’s just launched his own label…. Dog Day Records and amongst the first discs is a hypnotic, afrocentric groove, ‘If Only You Could See Me’. Wheeler del Torro is the marquee name on the release though the melancholic vocal comes from Sidney Washington while the focus mix is courtesy of Coflo… a disciple of the Afro-Brazilian martial art Capoeira and an in-demand remixer. Between them the trio craft a haunting, percussive, subtle dancer that is available now via Traxsource and on general release from July 3rd.
