Mr S started way back when working with the legendary Arthur Baker and since, he’s worked with everyone and anyone! Victor launched his solo career under the Groove Committee moniker with the classic ‘I Want You To Know’ on the legendary Nu Groove Records label and he went onto work in all kinds of guises… Solution, NY’s Finest, Critical Rhythm and Cloud 9 being amongst the better-known.
