Back in February we told you about a wonderful collaboration between ERROL HENRY’S SOUND PRINCIPLE set up and ever-wonderful UK vocalist HIL ST SOUL. Their tune was a chugging, mid-tempo soul groove called ‘What’s The Reason’ and the combination of Errol’s production, a real retro feel and THAT voice made the cut a modern soul winner!
Anyway, for those who’d like more, Mr H has just popped over to L.A where he commissioned two crisper, clearer, tighter remixes…. you can check ’em out when they get official release in June; previews reveal that all the soul’s still in there and the beats are a delight. We look forward to more!
