Dutch soul and funk band TRISTAN did great business with their spring album, ‘Seven’. To maintain the momentum, the band are currently promoting two singles.
First up is a “live Club” mix of one of the LP’s key cuts – ‘Another Season’. It’s smooth and jazzy with a light Latin vibe -perfect for autumn; the message in the music being that even in the autumn of her life the protagonist can still enjoy a loving relationship.
Tristan’s second newie is also a message song – ‘Tell Me’ . This one talks about a relationship over a lifetime, when you’re looking back at your life and wondering if your partner will still be there for you when you are old. Sweet! And it’s soulfully delivered with convction by the band with a heartfelt vocal from Jaycilee Teterissa.
