Ms David fronted a previous One World single, ‘Yes I Am’ which was a UK soul chart rider in March and now with ‘Good Good Good’ she cranks up the pace and the energy to deliver a proper breath-taking Northern stomper. American-born Michelle co-wrote ‘Good Good Good’ with group members Onno Smit and Paul Willemsen who also handle co-production. The ensemble used to be known as The Gospel Sessions now, as we’ve said, they’re the True Tones but that make no difference at all, ‘Good Good Good’ is another 24-carat slice of tough, real soul. The 7” vinyl offers the instrumental on the B side. Out now.
