THE DOGGETT BROTHERS’ lovely ‘Colours’ album continues to win friends (see our reviews archive) while the set’s lead single ‘Outta Control’ sits proudly on all the credible soul charts.
To keep it there Hungarian master mixer OPOLOPO (Peter Major) has just made it over! Where the original cut was edgy with a jazzy undertow, the big O smoothes it out with flowing dance beats that keep matters on the soulful side of house. He also leaves the lovely Arnob Basit vocal right at the front of the mix.
The club version comes in at just over 7 minutes while the radio edit condenses all the goodness into just 4! The new mixes are released on Traxsource on June 10th and go mainstream June 24th.
