DOME RECORDS continue to celebrate their 30th anniversary and are preparing a second volume of ‘Dome 30’ to follow the success of the first instalment (see our review). As a precursor to the new set, Dome have just released a new mix of FULL FLAVA’S cover of the classic, ‘Nature Boy’. You may remember the Flava team did a great job on the song with Hazel Fernandes in emotive form at the mic.
The new mix has been commissioned from Michele Chiavarini who creates a classy, chilled “Lounge” version. Listen up for a tremendous trumpet/ flugelhorn solo from Graeme Flowers and some beautiful piano from Chiavarini. Out now!
