For some time now we’ve been enjoying singles from Italian multi-instrumentalist and producer ALEX PUDDU’S upcoming ‘Japanese Videotapes’ album. We believe that the soon-with-us long player is part of what he’s calling his “Japanese Trilogy”. It’s a project close to his heart – he’s keen to bring something different to his discography by discovering new territories, and sounds.
While we wait to see what ‘Japanese Videotapes’ delivery, we can test drive the title track – just out as a stand alone single. It’s a synth heavy, bassy, electric, building sort of affair with a hushed, sensual female voca l(we’re guessing Nai who featured on the earlier singles.) Out now!
