Ketsyha originally wrote the song as a reflection on gratitude and the journey of love brought on by her navigating a long-distance relationship and she sees the song as a testament to love’s enduring power.
After the success of the original recording, she felt an acoustic version was totally appropriate too . On the track, the soft guitar lines, the rhythmic claps and snaps, create a nostalgic atmosphere perfectly suited to the message in the music and, of course, allowing the purty of the vocal to shine through.
