US news sources have reported that a movie biography of TAMMI TERRELL has started in production. The film will be based on the book ‘My Sister Tammi’ by the singer’s sister, Ludie Montgomery, and it’s said that and the producer will be Tamala Jones, star of the ABC TV cult show, ‘Castle’.
Tammi, of course, died in 1970, aged just 24 but her short and tragic life was packed with incident… controversial relationships with James Brown and David Ruffin, working with Jerry Butler, Motown and, most famously, Marvin Gaye will, presumably, all be featured in the movie.
