One of the best recent soul party tunes has been SOULUTIONS’ tasty ‘Distance’ on which the band’s lead singer LOUISE MEHAN was joined by Detroit soulstress KATHY KOSINS! Now, just in time for the Festive Jollies, the team have delivered a new “radio” edit.
This new iteration shaves almost two minutes off the original mainly by omitting the percussive intro. Instead, the new mix opens dramatically and impactfully with the strings and from then on it just builds and builds. This new ‘un is available exclusively from the SouLutions web site (see above).
