House music’s king of the bumpin’ bass line, JAMIE LEWIS has just unleashed his new single… it’s ‘Step Up’ and features a powerhouse vocal from the ubiquitous MICHELLE WEEKS. The cut’s an annoyingly, catchy seven minutes worth of fot-tapping alchemy. There’s just a hint of disco about it – though purists might baulk at the irritating little Casio organ style riff which dominates the tune. Maybe it’s just one gimmick too far!
