Hot on the heels of her last release, ‘Trying To Be Perfect’, ex gospel star CANDACE WOODSON has issued another track, ‘Steal The Night’ which she’s pairing up with ‘Perfect’ to make a double A sided single.
You may remember that ‘Trying To Be Perfect’ (a Valerie Simpson song) was/is a laid back jazzy affair with a soulful commitment. ‘Steal The Night’ is different again. It’s a zippy, Philly-flavoured dancer with a catchy chorus hook. Like Trying To Be Perfect’, the track was produced by the ever busy Nigel Lowis and it’s taken from Ms Woodson’s up-coming album which is to be called ‘Perfect.
