For her latest single Detroit soulstress KATHY KOSINS serves up a moody, mix of a tune that first appeared on her 2018 LP, ‘Uncovered Soul’.
The song is ‘From A 2 B’ – a song about a woman who leads her life one step at a time relying on the lessons taught to her in the past. In the original version, the Kemal Kenyatta production was a wistful ballad; the new Paul Randolph mix beefs things up a little and adds crisp, gentle beats to add focus to the message in the music. Out now on Maristar Records.
