Always good to have new music from everyone’s fave, contemporary soul man, CORNELL CC CARTER. Thus we’re delighted to announce that he has a new tune coming at you very soon – it’s a big, big slab of summer soul optimism, ‘Everyday’.
FYI it was written by Cornell and Kirk Crumpler while production’s down to Adam Bailey and D’Mauriae Harris and between them, they’ve crafted one massive summer anthem. There’s a joyous, gospel feel to the track which speaks of positivity and hope and, for sure we all need plenty more of both of those these days!
‘Everyday’ will be released via Expansion on July 12th – with a full, new album, ‘Expressions Of Soul’ coming atcha July 26th. ‘Everyday’ will be one of the focus cuts, of course, and we’re told the album will also offer a classy remix of the tune.
Looking ahead, Cornell will be performing live at the new, forthcoming Sussex Soulweekender on August 2nd where he will officially launch the album. Learn more @ https://www.sussexsoulweekend.co.uk/
