Discerning indie soul fans will know all about TONY TERRY. Born in Washington DC, he began recording way back in 1987 when he had a contract with CBS. With that major label he enjoyed a string of minor hits and even picked up a pair of Soul Train awards. But out on his own in the 21st century he’s won plaudits from indie soul collectors –chiefly via his 2006 outings ‘Family Reunion’ and ‘God Did It For Me’.
