By common consent MAMAS GUN’S wonderful ‘Cure The Jones’ album has proved one of 2022’s very best and the long player just keeps on giving as witnessed by the release of yet another single from the set. The band’s new single is ‘Friends To Lovers’ – a contemporary soulful workout with a funky undertow allowing singer Andy Platts to get to grips with a passionate vocal.
The single’s good to go now but do yourself a favour and grab a copy of the album or at least pop it on your Christmas present list. You won’t be disappointed.
