Susanne Orum is a Danish singer who you might remember from  her work with Cool Million – notably on their ‘Maybe You’re The One’. Then, for those who were there, she was a special guest at  this year’s Luxury Soul Weekender and walked away with whole lot of new fans and accolades from those who saw her perform. Long before that she was part of the trio called Me, She & Her who won a Grammy for “Best New Act of the Year” and had a huge hit with the song ‘I Count the Minutes’ written by song writing legend Diane Warren.

Since then Susanne has endured various  personal problems – like some major voice isues which involved a series of operations to rectify.

Right now she’s back  and gearing up to release an album ’Get Real’ from which the song, ‘Be Mine’ is already winning plenty of attention from those lucky enough to have had a sneak preview. It’s a classic modern soul beater that ticks all the right boxes  and Ms O has clearly put her health issues behind her, delivering the lyrics  convincingly and, yes, soulfully. ‘Be Mine’ is officially  released April 21st.
