THE PACT are a Dutch soul and funk band – founder Sietse Huisman on drums, bassist Ronald Jonker, guitarist Jeff Sopacua, keyboardist and Italian saxophonist Gianni Vancini. Between them they’ve worked with some big “names” – not soul people but big names – Andrea Bocelli and Sting amongst them!
Right now the Pact are putting the finishing touches to an EP and they’ve just unleashed the first single, a busy, bustling ‘We’re Here For The Party’, for which they’ve enlisted the talents of rising US soul/jazz singer SELINA ALBRIGHT (yes, sax man Gerlad’s daughter). Her feisty vocal is the icing on this particular soul cake! Out now!
