Latest offering from the PRESTON GLASS stable is a stately and sweet steppers groove, ‘I Don’t Need A Dancefloor’. In it’s Nigel Lowis mix, the song is winning plenty of attention. Lyrically, the message is that you don’t need a dancefloor to dance; you can groove anywhere – “in your easy chair, it really doesn’t matter, could be anywhere’. They even suggest “in your car” but don’t think the traffic police would be too happy with that!
So, yes, forget that car – but get moving – (almost) anywhere else. This lovely little foot tapper is out now via SoulMusic Records in association with Platinum Garage Recordings and we’re told it heralds an upcoming album, ‘Cycle of Chills’.
