Since the breakup of the Braxtons, the lovely TAMAR BRAXTON has been a busy, busy girl. Star of reality and talk show TV, Ms B has also released four fine solo albums.
We’re told she’s currently working on a fifth solo long player. Her people are keeping tight lipped about the title but we think it’s due this summer on the lady’s own Tamartian Land records.
As a taster Tamar has just released a single…. ‘My Man’, a tale of love, lust and cheating but told very tastefully. In the song Tamar is the wronged partner (“she took my man”) and she sings with such passion and venom that it would be a very foolish “other woman” to interfere. It’s a great tune… exactly what contemporary soul and R&B is all about!
