As 2009 draws to its conclusion Universal celebrate the end of Motown’s 50th. Anniversary celebrations with a brand new 100 track, 4 CD box set – ‘A Complete Introduction To Tamla Motown‘. Packaged in a hardback DVD style case, the four CDs will each have a different focus – namely ‘Milestones and Influences’, ‘British Chartbusters’, ‘Live In London and Paris’ and ‘Killer Bs’. The story will be familiar to all soul collectors, of course, but the new presentation – compiled by ADAM WHITE and with sleeve notes from BRIAN SOUTHALL, is bound to offer some fresh insights.
