Earlier this year we enjoyed a soulful house cover of Whitney Houston’s 1999 ‘It’s Not Right But It’s Okay’ from RISK ASSESSMENT (the musical alter ego of London house music DJ and producer GLYNE BRATHWAITE with vocals from Detroit singer, songwriter, and MC MONICA BLAIRE) . Extra input from Reel People’s Mike Patto and Toni Economides ensured a proper soulful feel!
Now RA’s version of ‘It’s Not Right But It’s Okay’ is back with us in a new remix package from UK house music hero GRANT NELSON. There are two energized tweaks – extended and edited alongside the usual instrumental and all three are out now via Reel People/Foliage.
