Earlier this year young BRIAN POWER consolidated his position as a major player on the UK soul and soulful house scene with his long player compilation, ‘Soulhouse Volume 1’. The set became an instant best seller, collecting together the very best singles that Brian had released on his Soulhouse label.

The compilation also boasted three brand new cuts of which ‘You Mean the World to Me’ (with house legend Marc Evans at the mic) was always the tastiest. The cut was hugely popular and now it’s set to have longer legs as it’s reissued in several new mixes – from Opolopo and Mark Di Meo.

The Opolopo mixes are stuffed with the meister’s signature beats and flavours but the Di Meo ones get our vote – a tad slower and a little more sophisticated – slinky, sensual, summer soulful house grooves. Great stuff!

The single is a Traxsource exclusive from June 1st and mainstream from June 15th – distributed by the SoulHouse new home at AWAL.
