JAZZMAN RECORDS are set to release a third volume in their JUKEBOX MAMBO series… a series which they say “takes us on journey through the popular American music of the 50s influenced by exotic rumba and Afro-Latin seasoned rhythm and blues“.
The new compilation offers a generous 24 tracks complied by DJ Liam Large and features tunes from people like Percy Mayfield, Roy Gaines, Chuz Alfred, the Monogram Caribbean Orchestra and Otis Blackwell.
The album will be available in October and comes in CD and digital formats. For vinyl collectors there’s also a double vinyl album with gatefold sleeve AND a box set of six 10″ discs.. A real throwback!
