Latest offering from BRIAN POWER’S Soulhouse Music set up sees Mr P team up with the ever-lovely JODY WATLEY. Their collaboration is a thumping, pounding dance groove, ‘Good Good Reason’. The tune comes in two fine mixes – the original is big and brash while the “Funk mix” has a Norman Whitfield feel to it… big, big bass line, swirling strings and booming beats. Jody’s just enjoyed two top 5 UK soul singles and either of these mixes could follow that example.
