Last Autumn, soul favourite SHIRLEY JONES (yes, she of the Jones Girls) released a lovely upbeat, optimism-packed, little dancer, ‘Soul Steppin’’. The timing was perfect. With everyone fed up with you know what and restrictions being lifted, the song was welcomed by the dance fraternity who found the steppers flavour irresistible!
Well, the good news is that great little track is back with us in a new Soul Syndicate mix. The track has been beefed up with even more emphasis on a feel good, head nodding vibe. It’s every bit as irresistible and infectious as the original tweak. Shirley is currently doing international live dates and will be in the UK in September for more dates. In the meantime… “Keep Steppin”!
