It was December when jazz guitar man DAVE MASCALL released a concise and easy on the ear EP … ‘After Eight’. The mini album collected together all 7 of Dave’s UK Soul Chart hits to date. Dave also included a new jazzy soulful house cut taken from his ‘ACID LOUNGE vol 3’ album that had never before released on its own before. The track ‘HOLD ON’ featured sweet, pining vocals from Lady Roxanne.
Now as is the modern way, that very tune is given the remix treatment. It’s now available from Dave’s website in a “NU JAZZ” mix. It features a different tempo, a new chord structure and fresh bass lines but retains the lovely Lady Roxanne vocal. Out now!
