The latest single from Sed Soul’s prolific producer/songwriter/DJ / label owner ROB HARDT is another collaboration with Gospel-reared soul man DAVID A TOBIN. Tune in question is a mighty, modern soul cut – ‘Go Back And Make It Right’. Rob describes the tune as “part soulful disco with shades of house topped with a sprinkling of jazz/funk”. He’s spot on. ‘Go Back And Make It Right’ is all that and more and, the real bonus, it’s topped with a properly soulful vocal from Mr T!
It’s out as a single with the B side being a new mix of David’s tune, ‘Magic In Love’. The original came out in May and this new work-over comes courtesy of Frank Blythe who takes the tune ever so tastefully into sophisticated soulful house territory – it’s a perfect compliment to ‘Go Back And Make It Right’.
