‘Winter Nights’ is the title of a new and most welcome 3 track EP from JODY WATLEY. The three cuts have been put together by her frequent collaborator – the acclaimed Italian DJ Producer & Remixer ALEX DI CIÒ. Focus cut is the crisp ‘Candlelight’. This one is fine for dancing (sedately) but the message is “turn of the TV and dim the lights… rekindle the love!” – a theme that fits the message of the EP – “music that is perfect for cosy winter nights to warm you up.”
The two other tunes are a delicate ‘Skin Deep’ and ‘Weigh On’ – an insistent mid-tempo groove that features Watley collaborators SRL, (which, you remember, stands for “Soul, Revolution, Love”).
