‘Time’ is a loose and funky workout featuring a feisty vocal from Lucy Richards whose lyrics express how our value of friends and family time has increased over the various lockdowns. ‘Keep It Moving’ is another rough and tough, organic tune with another musical message stemming from the lockdown – essentially we all need to push on together to get through the current problems – yep, keep it moving folks!
