It was, we think, last July that AGAPESOUL (the brainchild of garlanded US bassist Darryl Anders) released their lovely ‘Conversations’ album –a varied and eclectic collection that won plenty of critical plaudits! Back then we said:“The long player boasts plenty of gorgeous vocal cuts too, like the lead single, the dreamy ‘The Way That We Love’. This is a light and fragrant summer vibe with Zoe Ellis on top form”… great news, that very tune has just gained remix status via the ever-dependable Boogie Back team and what they’ve produced is a soul corker! As always the crew don’t take liberties or resort to gimmicks – they just let the music do all the work. Sadly you’ll have to wait till May 24 for official release!
