B & THE FAMILY is a soul band made up of husband and wife team, Brian K. Morgan and Katie Goulet (plus Taylor, Genevieve and Willa, of course) and over the last year or so their music has charmed us – notably ‘Just Dance’ with Re-Surface, ‘Jam’ with Howard Johnson and the Chic flavoured, groove-heavy ‘A Good Time’.
Their latest single, ‘Forever’, offers a much more gentle vibe to that last tune. This one is a smooth acoustic guitar-flavoured, Latin-soul number, with sweet honeyed harmonies supporting the Luther-flavoured vocals of guest singer Antonio McLendon whose own 2022 solo release ‘How I Feel’ was well supported.
B & THE FAMILY’S ‘Forever’ will be good to on all digital platforms from February 28th, 2023.
