For their latest single, the ever-busy Hamburg based THE ANGELS OF LIBRA get back to working with Irish singer Nathan Johnson with whom they’d previously worked on acclaimed tunes like ‘All Your Love‘ and ‘In A Different World’. You may remember their last single (without Johnson) was heavy dose of hip hop – ‘Concrete Jungle‘ fronted by rhyming storyteller Joél Davíd’.
That one enjoyed a mixed reaction, so the anti-hip hop brigade will be glad to know that the Angels are back with Johnson. Their new collaboration is a ponderous but poignant ‘Revelations’. The song deals with climate change and other social issues and we’re told that the cut is the title track to the band’s next album, due at the end of March. The single is good to go now via Waterfall Records.
