N.W.O. (New World Order) are a trio of hard working musicians …. Lenny Harris, Gilbert Pryor and Wondel Brown. They came together in 2016 with an aim to create a 70s style fusion of R&B, Pop and Rock. Between them, they’ve performed with plenty of big names including Aretha Franklin, Lloyd Price, Gladys Knight, Chante Moore, Melba Moore, Ronnie Laws, Barry White, Wilton Felder, Al Johnson, Walter Beasley, The Dells, Temptations and the Four Tops.

The trio are also big fans of Earth, Wind And Fire and it’s no coincidence that their latest single was penned Keith Satterfield, son of the late Louis Satterfield (of EWF’s Phenix Horns). The cut ‘Saturday Night’ has a decidedly punchy EWF flavour. The cut moves along on rocky guitars and big brass riffs while the threesome trade vocal licks. It augers well for N W O’s debut album….. ‘The Millennium Years’, coming very soon.
