Earlier this year DOME RECORDS renewed its association with ANGELA JOHNSON. Dome first worked with her way back in 2001 and since then, over six albums, numerous singles and some quality duets, Angela has established herself as a UK soul favourite.
For the reunion, Dome paired Angela with label mainstays FULL FLAVA and together they crafted a soulful cover of Pittsburgh band, Family Of Eve’s 1980 Jeree Records outing ‘I Wanna Be Loved By You’. An immediate success, Dome maintained the momentum with a new mix from current hot, hot mixers Micky More and Andy Tee. The duo took the track into soulful house territory – but kept it uplifting and joyous!
