Rising London based singer/songwriter FOX JACKSON (above) is working on an EP for imminent release. From it he’s just released a single, ‘Like That’. This one’s a gentle, insinuating thing and Fox says: “The song’s really about wanting to be enough for someone and if you’re not enough then that’s okay, but let me see if I can be. It’s about having the courage and love to try, but sometimes also having the strength to let bygones be bygones.”
However, it’s the delivery that charms – an understated production, a sweet guitar solo and a warm, velvet voice that betrays the young man’s influences – he cites EWF and George Benson as big favourites!
