I DO LOVE YOU…

With Valentine’s Day on the way, love is in the air for sure and there are thousands of soulful love songs out there with which to serenade your significant other. Here’s a new one – though one with an old title… ‘I Do Love You’. Yes, that title’s been used countless times (most notably by Billy Stewart) and the sentiment, though obvious is always valid. So, this new ‘I Do Love You’ comes via an enigmatic new vocalist who goes by the name BLACK GIRL SINGER.

Can’t find too much on her save that she’s a New Yorker,  now based in Florida. She possesses a  soulful, old school voice which, we’re told,  she uses across genres. She’s worked with people like Kelly Price, Michael Bolton, Angela Dunlap, Kool & The Gang, Rick James, Angie Stone, Spyro Gyro, Robin Givens, Sheila E, and Isaac Hayes to name a few – so, it’s clear she’s been around for a while.

We’re also told  that right now she wishes to remain anonymous as too does her collaborator on ’I Do Love You’ – DJ GWEST. Between them they craft a slinky, bass-heavy slow jam that’s bound to please R&B romantics and contemporary  soul lovers! The track is officially released February 29th but look around for previews!
