‘Hold My Body’ is the tempting invite on the new/upcoming single from Estonian singer/songwriter KATRIN-MERILI.
Katrin now works out of Paris where she’s fronted bands like the Galaad Moutoz Swing Orchestra, Heat Wave Soul, PhilHip and her own Katrin-Merili Project. Right now though she’s focused on her solo career and impressed with her 2023 single ‘Beautiful Things’ – a song which began in a deceptively gentle and melodic fashion before building to a surprising climax.
Katrin now follows that with an equally charming, blue-eyed soul meander, ‘Hold My Body’. There’s a laid back, jazzy feel to this one and that gentle, laid back vibe perfectly suits the song’s theme – the softness of a summer romance.
‘Hold My Body’ wins release on June 20th and it’s from the singer’s upcoming EP which is named for the aforementioned ‘Beautiful Things’.
