HEY BROTHERS AND  SISTERS!

JASON HERD (aka Juan Kidd) is a top, top soulful house muso. He’s worked all over the shop … Global Gathering, Creamfields, Space Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza, Amnesia Ibiza, Redlight Paris, Space, Toolroom Knights, Pacha Brazil and plenty more dance emporia!  He’s also worked with plenty of “names” – notably Barbara Tucker, Roland Clark and the energized Bohemian Disco Choir.

For J’s latest offering he’s working with leather lunged vocalist STEVE EDWARDS. Soulful house buffs will know him from global dance floor hits such as Bob Sinclar & Fisher’s ‘World Hold On’ and Cassius’ ‘Sound Of Violence’. His performance on this newie – ‘Brothers And Sisters’ –  is as big and preachy powerful as on those classics.

‘Brothers And Sisters’ is energy packed and properly testifying – listen up to the sax hook and immerse yourself in the pulpit-powered vocal. Steve sees the song as a tribute to his preacher man father and poignantly the sleeve artwork features a photo of Steve’s father (pictured far right) preaching on Nottingham Town Hall steps, circa 1956.

‘Brothers And  Sisters’ will be released on Traxsource promo on June 21st/ Worldwide July 19th on Bohemian Disco. There are just two mixes right now – the original (almost six minutes long) and the  wimps’ radio edit!
