Acoustic guitarist PETER WHITE has just released his latest album. On Heads Up Records, ‘Here We Go’ is a self-produced 11 tracker that features all the ingredients that have made his previous albums steady sellers within the smooth jazz community.

This time around though, WHITE has pulled off what is for him a coup – he’s managed to bring in one of his old heroes to help out. WHITE is an unashamed and long time fan of sax man DAVID SANBORN: “David is someone I’ve wanted to play with for the longest time. This is someone who has played at Woodstock. His sound has become an inspiration for many of my contemporaries. He’s a legend to me and just about every musician I know”. SANBORN joins WHITE on the album’s title cut – up-tempo, infectious, and catchy.

Other featured guests on the LP include KIRK WHALUM (‘Our Dance’) and PHILIP SAISSE whose keyboards grace a number of cuts.
