US media sources are reporting that GREGORY PORTER is preparing the release of a new album. Details are scant right now but it seems the LP will be called ‘Still Rising’ and it’s a 34 tracker – some of his best known songs, some remixes and five new ones including ‘Dry Bones’ which just become available via streaming services. The tune is a gospel flavoured, hand-clapping outing that might remind you of his ‘All Rise’. The song is another collaboration with songwriter/producer Troy Miller.
