Latest offering from Manchester’s THE SECRET NIGHT GANG (led by Kemani Anderson and Callum Connell) is a catchy, nu-age soul beater, ‘Out Of My Head’ . Upbeat and vibrant, it’s released to set up their second studio album which is due for release on 23rd June.
The band tell us that ‘Out Of My Head’ is about “not being able to escape the thought of loving someone. No matter what you’re thinking, your mind always seems to come back to that thought”. Yes,it’s all about falling in love – a theme as old as music itself – but here delivered in a totally contemporary way. The track’s good to go right now via Brownswood Recordings.
