Right now there’s no getting away from ADELE and her mournful ballad ‘Easy On Me’. As is the usual way, these mega tunes quickly spawn all kinds of remixes and there are number of tweaks of ‘Easy On Me’ currently doing the rounds.
One that’s garnering attention is a high energy, house re-work from Australian RAY ISAAC. Ray describes himself as “an independent singer-songwriter-DJ with a knack for ear-worm melody, enticing lyrics and energetic instrumentals”. He adds that he strives to promote positivity through his work. Make up your own minds if this mix does that. But though this re-tooling of the Adele tune may not be everyone’s cup of tea (no idea what the lady herself think of it), it’s certainly different! Out now!
