At the start of December, UK soul master GEORGIE B (George Bromfield) launched a gorgeous soul groove, ‘You’ll Never Know’. The single, credited to our man’s Groove Association, won plenty of plaudits with its insidious 80s feel.
We’ve said it many times before, but you just can’t keep a good tune down and so Georgie has just relaunched ‘You’ll Never Know’ in a new mix that takes the song even deeper into the 80s – no wonder George has dubbed the tweak, ‘The 80s Weekender” mix! You see, clever old George has taken that catchy and insistent little riff from Alex O’Neall’s ‘If You Were Here Tonight ‘and welded it onto his own song… the result is quite lovely and come highly recommended.
