Ever-busy Italian producer/multi-instrumentalist ALEX PUDDU enters 2022 with an atmospheric new single ‘Future Woman’. As the title (and the art work, above) obviously suggests this is a futuristic piece of work – heavily electro and different to the prancing, disco-inflected work that Alex has become famed for. Vocalist on the track by the way is James Knights.
This needs to be filed under “interesting” … like we said, different – a mix between 80s synth-pop and italo-disco. In fact Alex says it’s his homage to one of his favourite tracks – ‘Let Me Go’ from Sheffield new-wave Synth-Pop band Heaven 17. So now you know!
