MICHELLE ESCOFFERY is a UK soul veteran. Part of the Escoffery clan, she debuted back in 1991 along with her sisters on the album, ‘Opinions’. Since then young M’s been busy writing and amongst her achievements was the no 1 hit for Liberty X, ‘Just A Little Bit’.
Ms Escoffery has now decided to return to working as an artist and she’s decided to go with a new name and a new identify…. MAYA BLU! Maya/ Michelle is currently working on an EP to be released in October.
In the meantime she’s just issued a taster single called ‘Slow Dance’ – an odd little ditty that combines reggae with Brit soul – catchy indeed!
